  15. Sediakan 2 sdm gula pasir.

  17. Gunakan Minyak sayur.
  18. Diperlukan 1 sdt tepung maizena dilarutkan dgn air.

  3. Brown sauce : cincang halus 4 siung bawang putih & 2 siung bawang merah. Tumis bersama daun salam hingga harum. Masukkan 1 1/2 gelas air. Masukkan saos tiram, saos sambal dan saos tomat. Tambahkan 2 sdm gula pasir, garam, penyedap, lada hitam dan putih. Koreksi rasa. Saring saus agar bersih dr cincangan bawang & daun salam. Masak kembali dgn masukkan larutan 1sdt tepung maizena.
