  3. Grill diwajan anti lengket dgn mentega sambil sedikit ditekan2 supaya lebih empuk, dan dibolak balik supaya masaknya merata, dan letakkan dipiring (me, aku potong2 memanjang, supaya makannya lebih mudah), dengan susunan pelengkap.
  4. Masak saos siram: tumis bawang putih dan bombay, dan tumis jamur, kemudian masukan bahan lainnya semua (kecuali tepung maizena yg sudah dilarutkan), aduk2 sampai mendidih.
  5. Masukan tepung maizena, dan aduk2 sampai saos mengental...
  6. Siram ke atas steak, dan siap dihidangkan 🤗.
