Beef Teriyaki. I like to serve my Beef Teriyaki over fried rice or noodles. Teriyaki is a kid friendly introduction to Asian flavors because it's sweet and fairly safe flavors that aren't too salty. This Beef Teriyaki is the first Asian beef recipe I had the kids try and it's since led to a large variety of recipes they enjoy.
Teriyaki sauce must be one of the most popular Japanese sauces the world over.
The following recipe is my own interpretation, as I find I like less sugar than the amount the more authentic recipes call for.
You don't need the most expensive steak for this either, because the marinade does a wonderful job of tenderising and mellowing meat.

Bahan Beef Teriyaki
- Diperlukan 250 gr daging sapi tanpa lemak.
- Siapkan 1 bh bawang bombay.
- Siapkan Bahan Marinasi.
- Diperlukan 2 bh bawang putih, haluskan.
- Sediakan 1 cm jahe, haluskan.
- Sediakan 1 sdm saori saos tiram.
- Siapkan 1 sdm kecap asin.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdm madu.
- Sediakan 2 sdm kecap manis.
- Siapkan 1/2 sdm minyak wijen.
- Diperlukan secukupnya Lada.

Langkah-langkah memasak Beef Teriyaki
- Potong daging tipis² dan cuci hingga bersih (kalau saya beli potongan daging teriyaki jadi ngga perlu potong² lagi)..
- Masukan daging kedalam wadah, dan campurkan dengan bumbu marinasi. Diamkan selama kurang lebih 3jam, tp jika mau lebih meresap lagi boleh semalem yaa..
- Tumis dengan sedikit minyak, bisa ditambahkan air sesuai selera. Cek rasa, bisa ditambahkan jika ada yg kurang. Potong bawang bombay, masukkan jika sudah hampir matang. Aduk rata. Angkat dan sajikan jika sudah empuk dan matang.
