  14. Gunakan 2 rosset potato besar / kentang biasa kukus lalu haluskan.
  15. Siapkan 40 ml skim Milk / lowfat.
  16. Sediakan 50 gram keju parmesan parut.
  17. Diperlukan 2 kuning telur.
  18. Siapkan Sedikit garam.
  19. Sediakan Sedikit lada hitam bubuk.
