- Sediakan 80 g / 1 mangkuk kimchi.
- Siapkan 2 sosis sapi.
- Siapkan 1 daun bawang.
- Sediakan 2 porsi nasi putih.
- Sediakan Bumbu.
- Siapkan 1.5 sendok makan ganjang.
- Diperlukan 1/2 sendok teh gochugaru.
- Sediakan 1 sendok makan kuah kimchi.
- Siapkan Opsional.
- Gunakan Keju Mozarella.

Langkah-langkah memasak Kimchi Bokkeumbap 김치볶음밥 | Nasi Goreng Kimchi | Halal & No Gochujang
- Potong daun bawang & sosis sesuai selera.
- Potong kimchi kecil kecil.
- Tuang 1 sendok makan minyak goreng dan tumis daun bawang hingga wangi.
- Masukkan sosis dan tumis hingga hampir matang.
- Masukkan kimchi dan tumis hingga layu sambil aduk rata semua bahan.
- Tuangkan 1.5 sendok makan ganjang dan biarkan sedikit mendidih (lihat foto).
- Aduk rata kemudian masukkan 1 sendok makan kuah kimchi supaya tumisan tidak terlalu kering.
- Masukkan 1/2 sendok teh gochugaru dan aduk.
- Matikan api sebelum masukkan nasi. supaya nasi tidak gosong ketika diaduk.
- Masukkan nasi dan aduk hingga warna putih nasinya hilang.
- Kalau sudah tercampur rata sajikan di piring, bisa langsung dimakan di tahap ini atau....
- Tambahkan keju mozarella sesuai selera dan masukkan microwave hingga meleleh.
- Untuk penyajian bisa tambahkan telur mata sapi di atasnya atau rumput laut panggang supaya makin enak.
