- Siapkan 100 gram keju mozarella, parut kasar.
- Diperlukan 2 sdt keju parmesan.
- Siapkan 2 batang seledri cincang.
- Sediakan 4 siung bawang putih cincang.
- Siapkan 4 sdm margarin, dicairkan.
- Diperlukan Bahan roti : (lihat resep).
- Gunakan 500 gram terigu protein tinggi.
- Diperlukan 2 sdm susu bubuk.
- Dibutuhkan 80 gram gula pasir.
- Sediakan 2 butir kuning telur.
- Gunakan 280 ml susu uht dingin.
- Sediakan 2 sdt ragi instant.
- Siapkan 60 gram margarin.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt garam.

- Kempiskan adonan, bagi adonan menjadi 2 bagian, masing2 bulatkan, tata di atas loyang yang sudah dioles tipis margarin, diamkan 1 jam atau sampai mengembang 2x lipat Oven di suhu 200C selama 15 menit. Setelah matang, panas2 olesi dg margarin.
- Garlic sauce: campur margarin cair, seledri dan bawang putih cincang. Aduk rata dan sisihkan Topping: Tumis bawang putih dan bombay sampai wangi lalu masukkan daging giling, aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan pasta dan saos tomat, masukkan air, bubuhi garam, gula dan merica. Aduk rata dan koreksi rasa.
