  2. Diperlukan Bumbu Marinasi.
  3. Sediakan 22 ml saori saus teriyaki.
  4. Siapkan 1 sdt garlic powder.
  5. Sediakan 1 sdt Chinese Five Spice.
  6. Dibutuhkan 1 sdt black pepper.
  7. Gunakan 1 sdt kecap manis.
  8. Siapkan 1 sdt minyak wijen.
  9. Gunakan Veggie.
  10. Dibutuhkan 1/2 buah Labu Siam.
  11. Sediakan 1/4 buah wortel.
  12. Siapkan 100 gr tauge.
  13. Dibutuhkan Pelengkap.
  14. Sediakan secukupnya Minyak sayur.

Cara memasak Beef Teriyaki with Veggie

  1. Marinasi daging terlebih dahulu diamkan semalaman di kulkas atau bisa juga 15-20 menit di kulkas.
  2. Potong labu dan wortel seperti bentuk korek api serta pisahkan tauge sekitar 100 gr.
  3. Cincang kasar 1/2 siung bawang bombay dan 2 siung bawang putih.
  4. Panaskan pan / teflon beri sedikit minyak sayur dan minyak wijen kemudian tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Setelah itu masukkan daging yg sudah di marinasi lalu tumis dan tambahkan 6 buah cabai rawit yg sudah dipotong kedalam tumisan daging beri sedikit kecap manis secukupnya, step selanjutnya masukkan labu, wortel dan tauge untuk ditumis bersama dagingnya.
  5. Beri bumbu pelengkap secukupnya seperi garam dan kaldu jamur / totole, kemudian cek rasa ya.
