- Panaskan minyak tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum, lalu masukan daging cincang dan tumis hingga setengah matang.
- Setelah daging sudah setengah matang, masukan Champignon Mushroom yg sudah d potong dan tumis bersama dengam dagingnya, tumis kurleb 5 menit, lalu tuangkan San Remo Bolognese Mushroom sauce ke panci (untuk membersihkan kotak sauce nya, aku pake 1 cup air rebusan pasta yg udh aku sisihin trus d kocok" hingga saus yg nempel d dinding wadah nya larut, terus tuang ke panci)..
- Aduk rata saus dengan tumisan yg ad d panci lalu masukan garam, lada, dry parsley dan totole nya, aduk rata dan tunggu hingga mendidih dan saus mulai mengental (jgn lupa d aduk ya sesekali biar ga nempel saus nya)..
- Setelah saus mengental, koreksi rasa lalu tuangkan penne yg td udh d tiriskan kedalam saus, dan aduk rata. Lalu sajikan dehh, tmbahin grated parmesan d atas nya beh makin mantep ~ gmn ? gmpg kan ?.
- Note : warna saus ny memang ga tralu medok kalo pake san remo, boleh tmbahin tomato paste lg klo mau lebih merah, aku suka pakein gula lg klo tmnahin tomato paste krn cenderung lebih asam. Ato bs jg pake la fonte bolognese, dia lebih merah sedikit dan cenderung sedikit lebih asem dripada san remo..
