Bahan-bahan Lumpia beef
- Sediakan 100 gram daging giling.
- Diperlukan 2 butir telur.
- Diperlukan secukupnya dun sop daun bawang.
- Sediakan 1 bungkus kulit lumpia (kering).
- Gunakan 1 bungkus lada halus (aku pake ladaku).
- Sediakan sejumput garam.
- Sediakan 2-3 bawang merah-putih (dihaluskan).
- Dibutuhkan 1 siung bawang bombay.
- Dibutuhkan 1 bungkus royco.

Langkah-langkah memasak Lumpia beef
- Iris halus daun sop daun bawang dan bawang bombay (bombaynya kalau bisa cincang halus).
- Kocok telur dan masukan semua bahan termasuk irisan bombay dan daun sop daun bawamg tadi (kecuali lumpianya ya!) dalam memasukan bumbu itu relatif takarannya sesuia selera sista-sistah.
- Setelah tercampur semua bahan, ambil lembaran kulit lumpia.
- Ambil 1 lembar kulit lumpia lalu isi sesendok bahan isian, lalu lipat dari bawah dan samping kiri kanan terus di gulung kedepan.
- NOTE : biar gulungannya tidak terbuka ujung lumpianya aku olesin air bisa juga pakai air terigu atau kocokan putih telur.
- Setelah kulit lumpian ter isi, tinggal di goreng deh sebagiannya juga bisa simpan di kulkas,jangan lupa ditutup ya biar gk basah kulit lumpia(kalo aku, aku simpan di kotak tuperware biar rapet).
