Langkah-langkah memasak Tenderloin Steak

  1. Cuci bersih daging. Tusuk2 dengan garpu agar daging menjadi lebih empuk dan bumbu yg akan dibalurkan menjadi lebih mudah meresap. Baluri daging dengan garam dan merica hingga merata. Lakukan juga pada sisi yg lain. Tusuk2 lagi daging lalu simpan di lemari es selama 3 jam.

  3. Saus: campur semua bahan dan masak di api sedang. Icipi rasanya. Rasanya memang agak asam makanya saya biasanya tambahkan lebih banyak madu biar lebih manis. Masak selama 5 menit, jangan sampai terlalu kental. Matikan api lalu siram di atas daging.
  4. Tips: (1) memasak steak dagingnya jangan dibolak balik yaa. Sabar aja tunggu selama 4-5 menit untuk setiap sisinya. Pasti mateng kok. Kalo dibolak balik nanti bisa2 malah keras dagingnya (2) Mix vegetablesnya bisa di tumis aja sebentar di teflon pake margarin. 3 menit aja lalu bisa disajikan.
