  1. Cuci daging dan iris daging melebar jgn terlalu tebal dan jgn terlalu tipis.
  2. Siapkan wadah untuk bumbu perendam daging, campurkan bawang putih yg sudah dicincang/dihaluskan, masukkan kecap, minyak goreng, saos tiram, garam, lada bubuk. Dan diamkan selama kurang lebih 1jam..
  3. Siapkan rebus wortel, buncis,jagung dan gorengan kentang.
  4. Untuk membuat saosnya, tumis bawang bombay(boleh diiris /dicincang halus), bawang putih dengan margarin. Masukkan sedikit demi sedikit air cairan tepung maizena lalu masukkan kecap asin, lada bubuk, gula sedikit, saos tomat dn saos lafonte, dan saos tiram. Aduk sampai agak mendidih dan mengental. (Untuk takaran bumbu saosnya sesuai selera aja ya).
  5. Panggang daging sampai matang dengan margarin sambil ditusuk2 dengan garpu agar empuk dan bumbu meresap. (Panggang pakai teflon/batu pemanggang juga bisa).
