- Gunakan 2 sdm minyak wijen.
- Siapkan 📌 bumbu tambahan.

- Potong serong daun bawang. Potong² memanjang bawang bombay & paprika, sisihkan.
- Campur semua bahan rendaman lalu tuang ke daging, masukkan daun bawang, aduk rata dan agak diremas dg tangan. Diamkan minimal 30mnt.
- Panaskan pan, masukkan daging sekaligus dg bumbu rendamannya. Masak hingga cukup empuk..
- Bumbui dg gula, garam & lada. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa.
- Kalau rasa sdh oke, masukkan bawang bombay & paprika. Masak hingga sayuran layu.
- Matikan api & bulgogi siap disajikan.
