  1. Siapkan 500 gr daging sapi.
  2. Sediakan 1 siung bawang bombay (bagi 2).

  4. Gunakan 1/2 buah pear korea (saya ganti 1/2 buah nanas).
  5. Diperlukan 80 ml kecap asin.
  6. Siapkan 3 sdm minyak wijen.
  7. Sediakan 3 sdm gula pasir.
  8. Dibutuhkan secukupnya Garam, merica, saus tiram, kecap manis.
  9. Dibutuhkan Taburan biji wijen dan daun bawang.
  10. Siapkan Boleh ditambah wortel, kol, paprika supaya lebih berwarna.
