Bahan-bahan Spicy Korean Beef Bulgogi

  1. Sediakan 250 gr daging sapi.
  2. Diperlukan 1/2 siung bawang bombay.
  3. Sediakan 1 siung bawang putih.
  4. Diperlukan 1 batang daun bawang.
  5. Sediakan 1 sdm kecap asin.
  6. Siapkan 1 sdm kecap manis.
  7. Gunakan 1 sdm saus tiram.
  8. Gunakan 2 sdm minyak wijen.
  9. Siapkan Secukupnya wijen & gula.
  10. Siapkan Sesuai selera cabe rawit/bubuk cabai.

  1. Untuk mengempukkan daging sesuai selera masing2,kalau saya di steam dg perasan jeruk nipis selama 30 menit lalu hangatkan dalam magicom sehari sebelum diolah.hasilnya daging yg empuk dg tekstur yg pas....
  2. Iris daging sapi tipis2,iris memanjang bawang bombay & cincang bawang putih..
  3. Siapkan bahan saus bulgogi,campur kecap saus tiram minyak wijen cabai halus gula serta wijen dalam satu wadah..
  4. Tumis bawang putih serta bombay hingga harum,masukkan daging & tumis sampe matang..
  5. Tuang saus bulgogi & ratakan,aduk2 hingga tercampur..
  6. Angkat ke piring saji & tabur dg irisan daun bawang,sajikan bersama nasi hangat.hm aromanya menggugah selera....
