Bahan Beef Bulgogi

  1. Gunakan Daging sapi/ kambing (iris tipis2).
  2. Sediakan Bawang Bombay.
  3. Dibutuhkan Bawang putih- bawang merah.
  4. Gunakan Jahe.
  5. Siapkan Wortel/apel/pear.
  6. Diperlukan Bumbu Marinasi (Lada, madu, saus tiram,pangkal daun bawang iris).
  7. Dibutuhkan Gul-gar, kecap manis.
  8. Siapkan Daun Selada/ sawi putih.

  4. Masukkan daging (udah termarinasi) ke dlm tumisan ini, lalu masak sampai brubah warna. Jika daging brubah warna, lalu tambahkan air secukupnya, ungkep hingga air menyusut. Kmudian tambahkan garam, kecap manis, lalu koreksi rasa (sesuai selera)..
  5. Terakhir tambahkan wijen sangrai, lalu bungkus dg daun Selada. Beef bulgogi siap dihidangkan πŸ˜‹πŸ˜Š.
