- Diperlukan 4 sdm kecap manis.

- Diperlukan 4 sdm gula pasir.
- Gunakan 2 sdm madu.
- Dibutuhkan 2 sdm minyak wijen.
- Siapkan 1/2 scht lada bubuk.

- Daging diiris tipis2.
- Campur semua bahan perendam dalam wadah yg ada tutupnya lalu rendam daging dan tutup... Biarkan sekitar 2 jam....
- Panaskan teflon hingga benar2 panas lalu tuang daging serta bumbu perendamnya.
- Dibolak balik hingga matang dan bumbu perendam kering.
- Angkat lalu taburi wijen yg sudah disangrai.
