  2. Dibutuhkan 10 bawang putih cincang.
  3. Siapkan 1 buah bawang bombay, potong dadu kecil.
  4. Dibutuhkan 2 batang bawang daun iris iris.
  5. Gunakan 5 sdm kecap asin.
  6. Gunakan 2 sdm Mirin halal.
  7. Diperlukan 1 sdm madu.
  8. Diperlukan 2 sdm gula aren/gula pasir.
  9. Gunakan 1 sdm minyak wijen.
  10. Dibutuhkan 1 sdt lada hitam kasar.
  11. Diperlukan 1/2 sdt cabe kering bubuk/chili flakes.
  12. Gunakan 1/2 sdt garam.
  13. Dibutuhkan 1 sdm wijen sangrai.
  14. Gunakan 1 sdm minyak.

Combine soy sauce, sugar, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and ground black pepper in a small bowl. Make the beef bulgogi: In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic, ginger and shallots. Add the sliced beef to the bowl with the marinade and toss to combine. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

  1. Siapkan semua bahan, cincangan bawang putih, bawang bombay dan irisan bawang daun.
  2. Dalam wadah mangkok besar masukan daging, bawang putih, bombay, kecap asin, mirin, madu, gula aren, lada dan bubuk cabe aduk rata.
  3. Siapkan wajan, beri minyak lalu pastikan minyak benar2 panas agar warna daging bagus, masukan daging kedalam minyak yg panas, aduk terus sampai daging berubah warna kecoklatan dan tidak basah (kering) beri daun bawang aduk, masukan minyak wijen aduk, beri garam koreksi rasa, angkat.
