- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt lada hitam.
- Diperlukan 1/2 sdt merica bubuk.
- Gunakan Mentega untuk memanggang.

- Angkat daging yang sudah dipanggang, sajikan di piring saji lalu taburi wijen yang sudah disangrai. Saya menyajikannya diatas rice bowl jadi taruh nasi diatas mangkuk kemudian tata salad dan bulgogi diatasnya.
