- Siapkan semua bahan,dagingnya diiris tipis lalu dicampur dengan kecap manis,saus tiram & kecap asin,diamkan selama 30 menit..setelah itu panaskan minyak goreng,tumis bawang bombay,bawang putih & jahe sampai harum.
- Lalu masukan daging yang direndam tadi,tambahkan garam & Lada,aduk sampai sampai daging berubah warna,terus tambahkan minyak wijen,aduk...masak sampai bumbu meresap..selama 10 menit,angkat.
- Pindahkan ke piring saji lalu taburi dengan wijen parut...selesai👌😉 tadi cara makannya ikutan seperti orang Korea...ambil selembar daun selada lalu letakan Beef Bulgogi diatasnya lalu dikasih 1 siung bawang putih lalu dibungkus...lalu hap...disantap disusul dengan sesuap nasi putih..hmmm...enak banget👍😋.
