Cara membuat Jasuke Ala Korea | Corn Cheese (콘치즈)
- Campur jagung, bawang bombay, mayonnaise, susu kental manis dan smoke beef dalam wadah. Aduk hingga rata.
- Panaskan butter di teflon, masukkan campuran jagung dan aduk-aduk hingga mendidih. Jika sudah mendidih, ratakan diatas teflon dan beri taburan keju parut.
- Tutup teflon, biarkan 2-3 menit atau sampai keju meleleh dan kuah saat.
- NB: Jika menggunakan jagung kaleng, buang airnya sebelum digunakan. Di Korea keju yang digunakan adalah keju mozzarella, tapi sebenarnya bisa menggunakan keju apapun. Saya menggunakan campuran keju kraft dan keju gouda.
