Bahan Beef Bulgogi

  1. Siapkan 500 g daging sapi, iris tipis.
  2. Sediakan 2 Sdm sais tiram.
  3. Gunakan 1 Sdm minyak wijen.
  4. Gunakan 1 Sdm kecap asin.
  5. Sediakan 3 sdm kecap manis.
  6. Siapkan 1 sdm madu.
  7. Siapkan 1 buah bawang Bombay besar, iris kasar.
  8. Sediakan 3 siung bawang putih Kating, geprek lalu cincang.
  9. Gunakan 2 Sdm biji wijen sangrai.
  10. Siapkan Garam, lada hitam bubuk, penyedap dan air sexukupnya.
  11. Diperlukan Margarin untuk menumis.
