Bahan Sundubu Jjigae simple
- Siapkan 1 sdm Gochugaru (saya pake gochujang karena adanya itu).
- Gunakan 2 siung bawang putih.
- Gunakan 1/2 buah bawang bombay.
- Dibutuhkan Daun bawang (saya skip krn abis. Padahal khas korea itu ada daun bawangnya).
- Sediakan 50 gram daging sapi (saya pake beef slice).
- Sediakan 2 buah jamur shitake (jamur apapun juga enak).
- Diperlukan 1 buah tahu (lebih baik tahu sutra atau tahu susu yg teksturnya lembut).
- Siapkan 1 buah telur.
- Gunakan 1 sdt garam.
- Siapkan 1 sdt kaldu sapi.
- Gunakan 1/2 sdt merica.
- Siapkan 400 ml air.
