  1. Gunakan 8 gr atau 3 sdm dried seaweed/wakame.
  2. Diperlukan 100 gr daging sapi(saya adanya bakso sapi😅).
  3. Siapkan 2 sdm minyak wijen.
  4. Siapkan 2 siung bawang putih,cincang.
  5. Dibutuhkan 2 siung bawang merah,cincang.
  6. Siapkan 1 sdm kecap asin.
  7. Diperlukan 1 sdm fish sauce/kecap ikan.
  8. Diperlukan 1/4 sdt lada bubuk.
  9. Siapkan 1/2 sdt garam.
  10. Dibutuhkan 700 ml air.

  1. Rendam rumput laut kering/wakame dengan air suhu ruang,biarkan sampai mengembang. Cuci 2x dengan air bersih,tiriskan..
  2. Potong2 daging seukuran makan. Potong2 jg rumput laut seukuran makan. Saya pakai yg cut wakame,jd tdk perlu dipotong lagi..
  3. Panaskan 1 sdm minyak wijen,tumis daging sampai berubah warna,masukkan rumput laut,tumis sampai aroma rumput lautnya keluar..
  4. Tambahkan air,bawang putih,bawang merah,kecap ikan,kecap asin,merica. Masak 45 menit sampai daging matang. Kalau suka kuah agak banyak,di step ini bisa ditambah airnya ya...didihkan kembali 30 menit..
  5. Sebelum diangkat,tambahkan 1 sdm minyak wijen,juga garam kalau perlu. Angkat. Dimakan panas2 lebih enak...🤤.
