Cara Membuat BulGogi Kekinian

Bahan BulGogi

  1. Dibutuhkan 500 gr daging sapi bekukan difrezeer.
  2. Gunakan 1 buah bawang bombay (iris memanjang).
  3. Diperlukan Wijen sangrai (buat taburan).
  4. Dibutuhkan 2 batang daun bawang iris miring(me:ga pakai karena kurang suka).
  5. Siapkan Bahan saus:.
  6. Diperlukan 1 buah bombay parut.
  7. Dibutuhkan 1 cm jahe parut.
  8. Siapkan 4 siung bawang putih cincang.
  9. Sediakan secukupnya Gula.
  10. Sediakan secukupnya Kecap manis.
  11. Gunakan secukupnya Garam.
  12. Diperlukan secukupnya Minyak wijen.
  13. Dibutuhkan secukupnya Madu.
  14. Dibutuhkan 1/2 sendok merica ditumbuk.
  15. Gunakan 4 buah rawit(jika suka pedas).

Cara memasak BulGogi

  1. Iris tipis memanjang daging dalam keadaan masih beku karena kalo udah ga beku susah buat di iris.
  2. Karena aku orang jawa bikin bumbu saus kalau ga diulek itu berasa beda rasanya😁,bahan saus aku ulek ya bawang putih cincang,merica,bawang bombay parut,jahe parut,sama cabe aku uleg semua,bumbui garam secukupnya,gula pasir secukupnya,kecap secukupnya,beri minyak wijen,madu campur semua (tes rasa)kemudian masukan irisan daging tadi campur sampai merata.
  3. Diamkan ke dalam kulkas kira2 satu jam biar bumbunya meresap(me:45 menit udah keburu yang minta makan teriak😀).
  4. Keluarkan daging dari kulkas,Panaskan minyak tumis daging tadi dgn bawang bombay dan irisan daun bawang(bila suka)sampai mateng,sampai berubah warna.
  5. Bulgogi siaaap di hidangkan,buat bekel juga cocok,terima kasih selamat mencoba.
