Bahan-bahan Korean Kimbab
- Diperlukan 3 lembar Nori.
- Diperlukan 1 buah kornet sapi potong memanjang.
- Sediakan 1 buah wortel,serut.
- Dibutuhkan 1 buah mentimun, potong memanjang.
- Sediakan 3 buah crab stick.
- Dibutuhkan 2 buah telur.
- Gunakan secukupnya Daun bawang.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya Nasi.
- Dibutuhkan secukupnya Minyak wijen.
- Sediakan Biji wijen (opsional).
- Diperlukan secukupnya Lada.
- Gunakan secukupnya Garam.

Langkah-langkah memasak Korean Kimbab
- Goreng telur,beri daun bawang dan sedikit garam dan lada, goreng dengan digulung sampai membentuk lingalkaran, atau kalau punya teflon kotak bisa dibentuk kotak, goreng crab stick dan kornet lalu sisihkan.
- Serut wortel lalu tumis sebentar agar menjadi layu lalu sisihkan.
- Siapkan bambu mat,letakkan nori dan beri nasi diatasnya lalu pipihkan, beri telur,crab stick,kornet,wortel dan timun, lalu pelan-pelan di gulung,beri minyak wijen agar gulungan nori melekat, bisa diganti air atau minyak goreng kalau tidak punya minyak wijen ya sobat cookpaders.
- Potong-potong kimbab,taruh di piring lalu taburi dengan biji wijen, kimbab ala-ala di drama korea siap dinikmati, saya lebih suka kalau di cocol pakai mayonaise atau saos sambal.
- Nb : untuk yg tidak punya bambu mat, bisa diganti pakai kain serbet dilapisin plastik juga boleh,atau kain yg agak tebal ya,pastikan bersih. Atau memang tidak punya bahan seperti diatas bisa diutak atik sesuai selera. Selamat mencoba.😊.
